Trust deserves a paper trail.
The proposed reporting approach connects money received, approved spending, and evidence of real-world progress.
Planning stage · Launch not verifiedNo financial report published yet
Verified income, expenses, balances, reserves, and receipts have not been provided. Unavailable figures are not shown as zero, and whitepaper examples are not treated as project accounts.
Money in, clearly separated
The intended reports distinguish creator fees, NFT proceeds, royalties, donations, and other income. Claimable funds remain separate from funds received.
Money out, supported by evidence
Material spending would connect budget approval, invoices or contracts, payment records, and evidence of delivery. Wallet movements alone cannot establish that real-world work was completed.
Reporting and corrections
The proposed cadence includes monthly financial reports, milestone evidence, and annual reviews. Corrections should preserve a record of what changed and why. These policies still require formal adoption.
